I'll take you through the foundations of self compassion, something many mums lack due to all the demands of modern motherhood. We'll be breaking down why a healthy body doesn't come in just one size or shape.

MODULE #3

We'll llook at skills and techniques based in cognitive behavioural therapy, which will encourage you to challenge your own and society's beliefs about your body.

Build your resilience to what the media throws at you by learning practical ways to critique what you see on the screens in front of you including how to pick apart the messaging behind the ads.

It's time to put all these jigsaw pieces together!
We’re going to look at real life case studies and how the women in these scenarios set boundaries and worked through their challenging body image thoughts using the skills taught throughout the previous lessons.
